Jacqueline
Pilant
grew up in Sisters Oregon graduating from
Sisters High School. Amazing parents will always
be her most cherished asset and primary driving
force. Jacqueline and Jerrod will put all their
combined years of experience to work when
cleaning for you!
Clean Freaks
has out-grown even our most ambitious goals. I
am now behind the scenes coordinating our
amazing staff, maintaining office structure,
going on bids, and helping in the field when
needed! You can look forward to better
communication, organization, and detailed
operations.
Jerrod
Pilant
grew up in Keizer, graduated from
McNary High School and went on to
serve 4-years in the Air Force.
Jerrod uses his background of
organizational and cleaning skills
to the fullest on any job he does.
Jerrod has taken a leave of absence
to attain additional training in the
Air Force. He will remain in tech
school learning to work on our C17’s
through the end of May 2012 or
longer. He will be greatly missed. |

Mike |
| |
| Mike is one of our most valuable
assets. He has been with us since August
2009. As an acting manager and crew
leader Mike has earned a reputation for
being extremely detailed and on time. He
enjoys hiking and fishing central
Oregon's remote areas with his camera in
hand and Chocolate Lab beside him. Mike
grew up in Minnesota and was a part of
our United States Air Force. His
military background left him with common
sense, attention to detail, and
patriotism for our country. With Mike
you just know the job's going to get
done right, and on time. |

| Dave is another of our most valued
assets. He has been with us since
October 2009 and is an acting manager
and team leader. Brother to Mike, Dave
can be found enjoying all that central
Oregon's trails have to offer. His
chocolate lab, his camping gear, and his
desire to find a remote spot to relax
lead his top ten list of things to do!
Followed closely by his passion for
reading and learning about new things.
When Dave goes to work he strives 110%,
perfection is his best quality as he
will accept no less from himself. Dave
never misses a day of work and has an
exceptionally contagious good attitude.
With Dave you know that he won't quit
until perfection is achieved |

Andy |
| |
| Andy has been with us since March 2011
He is our extremist being professional,
friendly, and detail oriented are things
he takes very serious. Andy has worked
in the construction trades since
graduating form Redmond High School in
1999. He grew up in Redmond, Oregon and
now owns a home in Culver, Oregon with
his wife and newborn son, Owen. Don't
let his no-nonsense approach to
house-cleaning fool you; this guy loves
music more than anything! He played all
brass instruments and sang in RHS and
COCC bands and choirs. As bassist,
vocalist and songwriter in the band
Necktie Killer, he will rock your socks
off! |

| Jeff has been with
us since June 2011. Jeff’s laid back
body language is calming to all who
are around him. His abilities to
clean to perfection without much
direction are a welcome asset and
his precision and speed have earned
him a reputation worth bragging
about. Perhaps is has to do with
the values and standards of his
passion, fire fighting. Jeff is
currently undergoing college courses
and additional training for this
vocation. When Jeff is not at work
you'll find him at school or
spending time with Robin and their
son Aiden.

Robin has been with us since
September 2011 and is our Bend
Manager. Robin and Jeff are from
Hawaii and it seems they have
brought the Hawaiian spirit with
them. Robin's strengths lie in
proper judgment calls and common
sense. She seems to always be a step
ahead of the game when she's
cleaning. Robin always remembers to
double check and leave an area
properly done. Her calm attitude
lends to a very easy going energy
around her. Add to that her clipped
pace, ability to direct others with
kindness, and her punctuality,
making her a dynamic manager! With
Robin at your clean you will always
be greeted with warmth and left with
a flawless finished product |

Liz |
| Liz has been with us since
September 2011. Liz is a self
thinker and wonderful at making
split second judgment calls that are
so very vital to our line of work.
Her quality is there along with a
clipped pace, add to that a smile
and a consistent great attitude and
you have one efficient leader. Liz
is our Redmond/Sisters mangaer and
seems to embrace the responsibility
with open arms. When she is not
working you'll find Liz pouring her
soul into raising her two children
Jayden and Kailey, reading, or
spending time with friends. With Liz
at your clean you won't have to
think for her nor wonder if anything
was missed! |

| Stephenie joined our team
November 2011 and right from the
start she exemplified perfection.
Stephenie puts in all her effort
while keeping a good attitude and a
kind listening ear. She doubles as a
crew member and an office assistant!
She lives in Crooked River Ranch
with her boyfriend, Gordon and loves
the peace and quiet coupled with all
the wildlife. When not cleaning you
can find her nose in a book, running
errands, or emotionally uplifting
family and friends around her. She
loves to laugh at lifes’ little
jokes and both Gordon and Stephenie
are masterminds at computer repair
and functionality, their hobby and
side business. Stephenie is a valued
asset and brings so much more than
her 110%, she is likeable, kind,
detailed. A pure joy to have on
board! |

Kandice |
| Kandice joined our team February
2012. As our newest member she
brings confidence, a soft
approachable demeanor, and previous
experience to the table. Kandice
seems to always make lemonade out of
lemons and her genuine honesty is
refreshing. She graduated from
Sisters High School and resides in
Bend with her newlywed husband, Drew
and their two dogs. As new
homeowners you can find Kandice and
Drew tackling small remodeling and
redecorating projects and spending
time with friends! Kandice puts
effort into all that she does, and
has what so many others lack today.
Drive and integrity. She just rocks. |
